Stoddard County, Missouri (March 6, 2018) – Two drivers were hurt when their vehicles were involved in a crash on Monday morning in Stoddard County.

According to MSHP, the collision happened on U.S. Highway 60 just west of Route F at around 5:46 p.m. Monday, March 5.

Troopers reported that a 2004 Chrysler Concord traveling eastbound on U.S. 60 crossed the centerline and collided with a 2001 Ford F-150, driven by Curtis D. Zamarripa, 21, of Dexter.

Curtis was transported to Southeast Hospital Dexter with minor injuries.

The driver of the Chrysler, Dennis Burton, 58, of Puxico, was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

The Chrysler was totaled while the Ford was transported from the scene with extensive damage.
