Colton A. Lucas-Hanson, Hayden P. Summers, and Heather M. Summers, injured in car wreck near West Plains

On Tuesday, May 22, Colton A. Lucas-Hanson, Hayden P. Summers, and Heather M. Summers, were all injured in an automobile accident on MO 17 5 miles south of West Plains. The accident began at approximately 10 pm when Mr. Colton, 18, of West Plains, turned into the path of the vehicle Ms. Summers, 40, and Hayden, 12, were travelling in. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Mr. Colton suffered minor injuries with the Summers’ suffering moderate injuries. Mr. Colton refused further treatment on the scene, while the Summers were transported via EMS to Ozarks Medical Center for further observation and treatment.
