 The Legal Claims

Missouri offers a broad, robust, and thorough system of personal injury law meant to protect parties who are injured through other people’s negligent acts. Here, depending on a determination of fault, the person seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, pain and suffering, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident that are not also a result of their own negligence.
