Shell Knob Man Cheryl Flandrena Injured in Stone County Crash on Missouri 39
Stone County, Missouri (January 16, 2018) – A Shell Knob man was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Monday morning in Stone County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened on Missouri 39, about five miles north of Carr Lane at around 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 15.
A 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was being driven northbound on Missouri 39 by 63-year-old Michael A. Flandrena of Shell Knob when he crossed the centerline and collided with a 2002 Ford Explorer that was being driven by 69-year-old Eugene E. Scott also of Shell Knob.
A passenger in the Silverado, 62-year-old Cheryl A. Flandrena of Shell Knob, was wearing a seatbelt and suffered moderate injuries. He was transported to Cox Branson by Ems.
Flandrena and Scott were also wearing their seatbelts and were not hurt.
