Vernon County, Missouri (January 18, 2018) – A collision involving two vehicles northwest of Montevallo in Vernon County Tuesday afternoon sent four people to a hospital, according to Missouri State Patrol report.

The accident took place at around 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, January on County Road 2825, about 3 miles northwest of Montevallo in Vernon County.

The patrol reported that Carl E. Long, 68, of Milo, was operating a pickup truck southbound when he ran into the back of a southbound pickup truck driven by Rachael D. Miller, 38, of El Dorado Springs.

Long, Miller, and her two passengers, David H. Miller, 5, and Elmer A. Perdomo, 14, both from El Dorado Springs, suffered minor injuries and were transported to Cedar County Memorial Hospital in El Dorado Springs, the patrol said.
