Motorist Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on I-57 in Union County

Barry County, Missouri (January 3, 2018) – An Arkansas woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Monday evening in Barry County, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident happened at around 7:25 p.m. Monday, January 1 on Missouri 37 at Route C in Purdy.

According to the report, John K. Zachary, 18, of Kimberling City was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 when he failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into a 2012 Dodge 3500 truck being driven by Jeremy W. Clark, 36, of Ozark.

A passenger in Clark’s vehicle, Anna M. Kashubin, 31, of Rogers, Arkansas, was the only one injured in the crash. She was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo, where she was treated for minor injuries.

Both vehicles were totally damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
