Angela Montgomery Injured in Crash with Semi on I-170 in St. Louis County

St. Louis County, Missouri (January 4, 2018) – A woman sustained injuries when her vehicle collided with a semi-truck on Tuesday morning in St. Louis, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 2, on Interstate 170 north of Interstate 70.

Police said Angela R. Montgomery, 39, of Berkeley was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am southbound on I-170 when she crashed into the back of a 2007 Freightliner Columbia 120 being driven by 62-year-old Ralph L. Perdun of Brighton.

Montgomery was transported to SSM Health Depaul Hospital by Christian Hospital Ambulance with injuries that were considered minor.

Perdun was unhurt in the crash and was able to drive the truck from the scene.

Montgomery’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
