On Saturday, May 12, Michael Lucas, Rosetta Dyle, and Ricky Green were all injured in a traffic accident on Route H, approximately 3 miles north of Rowe. The crash began at around 8:30 pm, when Mr. Lucas, 37, of Rector, Arkansas, was apparently driving northbound in a southbound lane and struck Ms. Dyle, 36, of Dexter, head on. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, both Lucas and Dyle were severely injured. Mr. Rickey Green, 57, of Dudley, MO, was also hurt, and all 3 were rushed to nearby hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. Mr. Lucas was not wearing his safety belt at the time of the accident.
