In the early hours of Wednesday, May 9th, Justin Flockhart and Timothy Glasgow were both severely injured in a car accident on U.S. 61, several miles south of Alexandria. The accident began when Mr. Flockhart, 24, of Keokuk, Indiana, struck Mr. Glasgow’s vehicle while Mr. Glasgow, 41, of Canton, was out positioning traffic cones along the side of the road in relation to his job. Unfortunately the collision with Mr. Glasgow’s truck pushed the vehicle on top of him, and he was pinned beneath it. Mr. Flockhart was also badly injured, and according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, both had to be rushed to nearby hospitals for emergency care.
