Minnie Keenan, 66, of Richland, badly injured in LaClede County Crash.

At approximately 5:25 am, Minnie Keenan, 66, of Richland, and Miranda Owen, 41, of Lebanon, became involved in a traffic accident. The accident occurred when Ms. Owen rear ended Ms. Keenan, forcing her from the roadway. Upon leaving the roadway, Ms. Keenan’s car flipped on it’s side before coming to a rest in a nearby ditch. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Ms. Owen was checked out on the scene and released. Ms. Keenan was seriously injured, and had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Both parties were wearing their safety belts at the time of the accident.
