The Legal Claims

Missouri offers an extensive system of personal injury law meant to protect persons who are injured through other people’s negligent actions. Here, it is possible that many parties could have claims against the others depending on a determination of fault. The parties seeking compensation will be entitled to payment for any lost wages, damaged property, and any medical bills incurred as a result of the accident.
