Bourbonnais, Illinois (December 24, 2017) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision Friday night on William Latham Drive, according to Bourbonnais Fire Department.

The crash happened at around 7:20 p.m. on Friday, December 22 at the intersection of William Latham Drive and North Covenant Street.

According to the report, a Jeep driven at a high rate of speed slammed into the back of a Good Shepherd Manor bus and pushed it into the parking lot of a gas station near the intersection.

Two people inside the bus and one person in the Jeep were able to get out before the bus caught fire.

The three were rushed to nearby hospitals with minor injuries.
