3 Hospitalized in Head-On Collision at La Grange Road and Jackson Avenue in La Grange
La Grange Park, Illinois (January 14, 2018) – A head-on collision early Saturday morning in La Grange Park sent three people to a hospital, medics said.
The crash happened at about 4:47 a.m. Saturday, January 13, near the intersection of La Grange Road and Jackson Avenue.
According to La Grange Park Fire Department, the collision involved two vehicles which both sustained major damages to the front-end part.
A report said there was a significant amount of mechanical fluid spilled on the roadway as a result of the crash.
Officials said three were transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the accident.
The vehicles were reportedly towed from the scene by a towing company.
No further details regarding the cause of the wreck were immediately provided.
