2 Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Kansas City
Kansas City, Missouri February 26, 2018) – Two people were injured in a collision involving multiple vehicles in Shawnee, Kansas City Monday morning, according to authorities.
The deadly collision took place at around 7:44 a.m. near Shawnee Mission Parkway.
Police said that the collision involved three vehicles, a silver Ford Focus, a red Ford F-150 and a maroon sedan.
Two people sustained injuries and were both in stable condition.
All northbound lanes and two southbound lanes of Interstate 435 were shut for about an hour due to the crash and had reportedly reopened, police said.
The cause of the collision remained under an investigation.
