1 Killed, 3 Hurt in 4-Vehicle Collision on I-294 in Chicago
Chicago, Illinois (January 30, 2018) – A multi-vehicle collision Monday night on I-294 left one dead and three others with injuries, police said.
The crash happened at around 8:15 p.m. Monday, January 29, near O’Hare International Airport on I-294, south of Balmoral Avenue.
According to the state police dispatch, the collision involved four vehicles, three semi-trailers, and one passenger vehicle.
The collision reportedly led to a closure of four lanes.
The cause of the collision remained under an investigation.
