Cape Girardeau, Missouri (December 16, 2017) – A three-vehicle crash sent a vehicle into a building and left one person injured on Friday morning in Cape Girardeau.

The Cape Girardeau Police Department said the crash took place at around 10:30 a.m. between the 200 and 300 blocks of North Kingshighway.

Police said a Mitsubishi Eclipse, traveling southbound on North Kingshighway, t-boned a Ford Ranger pickup truck that pulled out in front of it.

The impact of the crash pushed the truck across the northbound lanes and it slammed into a car parked outside the Missouri Title Loans, Inc.

The second collision caused the parked car to crash into the building.

The Ford driver had chest pains and was taken to a hospital.
